Supported by global strategic partners, the venture is advancing major energy infrastructure and trading initiatives that connect supply, storage, and markets between the Middle East, Israel, and Europe.

As Vice President, Government Relations, you will lead the company's engagement with Israeli and regional governments, regulators, and policy institutions, shaping the strategic interface between public and private sectors. Your leadership will be central to enabling regulatory frameworks, cross-border cooperation, and project execution essential to the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive government relations strategies across Israel and the Middle East, supporting the company's trading, storage, and LNG activities.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government ministries, regulators, and energy authorities to secure project approvals and long-term collaboration.

• Represent the company in high-level policy discussions, trade forums, and public-private initiatives defining the region's energy transition.

• Prepare advocacy materials, policy analyses, and strategic communications that enhance institutional influence and credibility.

• Support cross-border frameworks and partnerships to accelerate infrastructure and market development.

• Work closely with the executive leadership team to align corporate strategy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Senior experience in government relations, regulatory affairs, or public policy within the energy, infrastructure, or natural resources sectors.

• Proven record of engagement with government entities and regulators in Israel and across the region.

• Strong understanding of LNG, refined products, and energy infrastructure regulatory frameworks.

• Exceptional diplomatic and negotiation skills and deep cultural awareness.

• Strategic thinker capable of bridging business objectives, government priorities, and geopolitical dynamics.

• Fluency in Hebrew and English required; Arabic an advantage.

Compensation & Structure

• Founding executive position within a new, high-growth energy company under establishment in Israel.

• No fixed monthly salary during the initial phase, until project financing is completed or operations commence — reflecting the startup and partnership-based nature of the venture.

• Equity participation and long-term performance incentives linked to company milestones, project financing, and trading performance.

• Compensation will scale substantially as the company transitions from establishment to active operations.
