is a TikTok Shop agency helping D2C and eCommerce brands grow through creator-led storytelling and performance marketing. We work with top wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands — turning creator content into scalable TikTok Shop sales. We're hiring a full-time Influencer Manager to lead our creator operations, build influencer communities, and drive UGC-based growth. You'll own the entire influencer workflow — from sourcing and onboarding to performance optimization and relationship building.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and recruit TikTok creators that match each brand's audience, tone, and goals.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from outreach and negotiation to campaign completion.
  • Coordinate product seeding, free sample shipments, and affiliate collaborations.
  • Deliver structured creative briefs and feedback to ensure content hits both storytelling and conversion goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
  • Maintain consistent communication with creators to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to repurpose UGC into paid campaigns and TikTok Shop assets.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or creator management.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem, trends, and growth culture.
  • Experience running influencer operations across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of how creators drive measurable eCommerce performance.
  • Confident using TikTok Seller Center and related influencer tools.
  • Excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Hebrew a plus).
