Limay is a fast-growing performance marketing company. We are looking for a Junior Campaign Manager

You will manage the performance of digital marketing campaigns, handle large budgets, assess against KPIs, research trends, generate data-based insights, and optimize ad spend and strategies based on these insights. This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate who is passionate about digital marketing, data, and numbers, and wants to grow and develop in the field.

Responsibilities:


• Take full responsibility for the entire campaign lifecycle: research, create, plan, monitor, and optimize.


• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources.


• Test and optimize new traffic sources.

Requirements:


• Strong Excel skills and ability to work confidently with data


• Numbers oriented with the ability to prove analytical thinking and accuracy


• Ability to analyze data from a variety of sources and extract insights and strategies


• Resourcefulness and an independent mindset


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills


• High attention to detail and numbers


• Ability to work with AI tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency


• Proficiency in Canva for creating marketing assets


• Experience in media buying on social networks


• Fluency in English
