BISCOTTI,
established in 2003, is a leading bakery and patisserie known for high-quality handcrafted products. Founded by Amir Porat, BISCOTTI initially supplied desserts to restaurants and cafés accross Israel before expanding operations. Situated in Bnei Brak since 2006, the company offers a diverse range of goods, from artisanal pastries to catering services for private and corporate events, along with boutique storefronts. Operating with an advanced distribution network across Israel, BISCOTTI is proud of its dedicated team and reputation for excellence in quality and customer service.

What you'll do:

  • Manage all digital assets of the group – eCommerce website, catalog site, and order portals.
  • Update products, create banners, promotions, and marketing content.
  • Work with shopping centers to promote retail branches.
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance based on
    data insights
    .
  • Manage the customer club, newsletters, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with the advertising agency and PR firm.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, pop-ups, and brand activations.
  • Plan and produce creative photo shoots.
  • Build and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager or in an advertising agency.
  • Experience in the
    food industry
    – a strong advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
  • Loyal, motivated, and eager to grow within a leading Israeli brand.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and project coordination skills


Full-time position based in Bnei Brak.
