We are seeking a strategic
Growth Marketing Manager
to drive growth for our mission-driven insurance program designed specifically for insurance agents. Our holistic approach supports the entire aging process, making this more than just insurance - it's about creating meaningful impact in people's lives.

This role focuses on driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven content creation and funnel optimization, specifically targeting insurance agents who share our vision. You'll combine the analytical mindset of performance marketing with creative copywriting and UX writing skills to deliver measurable growth across all customer touchpoints in this unique, purpose-driven market.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Copy Strategy

  • Create compelling copy for landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing funnels
  • Develop messaging frameworks for diverse user personas and complex target audiences
  • Lead copywriting initiatives from ideation through production
  • Collaborate with design teams to optimize user experience across all touchpoints

User-Centric Approach

  • Conduct deep research into user pain points and motivations
  • Create targeted messaging for complex personas using panel research and user insights
  • Maintain user-centric focus across all marketing initiatives

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Design and execute A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages to maximize conversion rates
  • Analyze performance metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Legal teams throughout project lifecycle
  • Partner with specialists across departments to enhance user experience
  • Lead growth initiatives from concept to execution with full accountability

Required Qualifications:

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition
  • Strong background in copywriting with UX writing capabilities
  • Proven experience with funnel optimization and conversion rate optimization
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and performance measurement

Technical Requirements

  • Native-level English
    proficiency required - candidate must have lived/studied/grown up in the US with deep cultural understanding
  • Familiarity with integration tools and marketing technology stack
  • Knowledge of design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams

Personal Attributes

  • Creative and proactive mindset with strong curiosity for testing and optimization

  • Results-oriented with proven track record of driving measurable growth
  • Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and advertising budgets
  • Experience with scalable, evolving design systems (content patterns, tokens, component reuse)
  • Experience with HubSpot and similar marketing automation platforms, email tools, analytics systems, and landing page QA/monitoring
  • Experience with complex B2B or multi-persona marketing environments
  • Knowledge of marketing integrations and technical implementation
