Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site role
for a
Technical Support Engineer
at Boss Software Solutions Limited.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first line of contact for our customers, providing
advanced technical support
that requires both system understanding and programming knowledge. You will work closely with R&D and product teams to investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and deliver effective solutions and workarounds.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Customer support by phone and remote control.
  • Guiding users through our ERP/CRM software ("how-to" explanations).
  • QA and DevLab work to reproduce and debug issues.
  • Bug research and problem-solving at system level.
  • Providing software solutions and workarounds.
  • Assisting with implementations and system setup.
  • Supporting Web API integrations (Postman, reading technical docs).
  • Collaborating with team members and maintaining strong customer focus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
    (required)

  • Programming knowledge in C#, SQL, and Web APIs – ability to debug and analyze code-level issues
    (preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, QA, or system implementation
    (preferred)
    .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and good English for technical documentation.
  • Team player with a strong customer-first approach.
  • Daily on-site presence in our Ramat Gan office.
  • Advantage:
    experience with ERP/CRM systems, BI (Power BI), or SaaS platforms.
