Business Development Representative (Growth-Oriented Role)

We're looking for a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
with
1-2 years of experience
who's looking for a role with
real ownership, fast learning, and strong growth opportunities
within a growing sales team.

The Role

In this role, you'll focus on building deep knowledge of our product, market, and sales process, while gradually taking on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Run discovery calls and book highly qualified meetings
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams
  • Learn our ICPs, use cases, and end-to-end sales methodology
  • Take increasing ownership as you grow in the role

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience as a BDR / SDR
  • Strong communication and discovery skills
  • High motivation to grow and take ownership
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • B2B / SaaS sales experience - a strong plus
