RAD's Information Technology department is seeking an experienced
Application Manager
to lead the development, implementation, and support of organizational business applications, with a strong focus on
CRM systems
,
web platforms
, and
BI/data environments
. The role requires strong project leadership and excellent communication skills.

The position is located at RAD Headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead core business applications (CRM, WEB, BI, BPM)
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and oversee application lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, support
  • Manage internal development/support teams and external vendors
  • Manage the application related budget, including planning, actual tracking.
  • Ensure system stability, security, and performance across platforms
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – required
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications e.g., PMP – advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/application management roles
  • Proven expertise in:
  • CRM systems
    Microsoft Dynamics – on prem advantage
  • Corporate websites / portals
    – architecture, UX/UI, integrations
  • BI and data platforms
    – reports, data modelling
  • Process management systems
  • Strong background in
    project management
    – methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall
  • Experience working with and managing
    external service providers
  • Familiarity with on prem legacy and cloud-based environments and system integration tools
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
