Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team at the Ra'anana office in a full-time, on-site position. The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office, supporting management and employees, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

  • Manage executive and team calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external appointments
  • Coordinate visits, host guests, and serve as the main point of contact for the office
  • Organize company events, team activities, and employee wellness initiatives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Manage office operations such as catering, supplies, vendors, and facility needs
  • Assist with various tasks requiring ownership, independent thinking, and initiative

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Bachelor's degree – an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, service orientation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, lead processes, and work independently ("big-picture" mindset)
  • Native Hebrew, and excellent English (spoken, written, and reading)
