Job Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Head of M&A & Corporate Relations to drive liquidity events and commercial strategy across our portfolio. This role is built for someone with Corporate Development and/or M&A experience, ideally from a large, technology-driven corporation, who can build senior strategic relationships, open doors, and lead M&A processes. You'll work closely with our partners and founders to shape exit strategies early, connect startups with corporate customers and partners, and translate strategic engagement into M&A and liquidity events.

Responsibilities

  • Exit strategy from day one:
    Define exit paths and readiness plans with each portfolio company (strategic buyer map, milestones, positioning, timing).
  • Corporate relationships:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with global enterprise tech corporates, corp dev teams, business unit leaders, and innovation groups.
  • Network & access:
    Bring strong corporate relationships and continuously expand them to enable partnerships, customers, and M&A opportunities.
  • BD-to-M&A execution:
    Create introductions for pilots, partnerships, and customers —and develop those relationships into long-term strategic options (investment, partnerships, acquisition).
  • M&A process leadership:
    Lead and support M&A and secondary processes, coordinating with third-party service providers and external advisors across outreach, positioning, valuation, data room readiness, due diligence, term negotiation, and closing.
  • Market & buyer intelligence:
    Maintain an active view of strategic buyers, consolidation trends, comparable deals, and key decision makers relevant to our portfolio.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–8 years
    of relevant experience in
    Corporate Development and/or M&A
    , ideally within a large technology-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated proven track record in
    sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions
    .
  • Strong domain understanding across
    enterprise and deep tech
    , including areas such as B2B software/SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, and data/AI infrastructure.
  • Exceptional
    communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
    skills; proven ability to work directly with founders and senior corporate executives.
  • Deep understanding
    of enterprise procurement processes; proven ability to drive sales, partnerships, and go-to-market collaborations.
  • Proven ability and network
    to develop and maintain clear, actionable buyer maps and exit plans across a portfolio.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to
    balance big-picture leadership and hands-on execution.
  • Fluent English
    required;
    Hebrew
    is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Economics, or Engineering
    required;
    MBA
    a plus.
