נהל בקרה וניהול סיכונים, ניהול הסיכון והציות בחטיבת שווקים פיננסים, בדגש על פעילות המסחר והדילרים בחדר העסקאות ויחידת הנוסטרו, הבנת המוצרים והפעילות, ניטור אחר העמידה במגבלות ובתאבון הסיכון של הבנק יחד עם תמיכה בפעילות העסקית, חישוב ודיווח אחר הכנסות החטיבה, ניטור וניתוח אחר חשיפות הלקוחות מהפעילות הפיננסית המבוצעת בבנק, עמידה והוראות הרגולציה והפיקוח. אחריות על מערכת המידע של חד"ע (קליפסו), קביעת תעדוף פרויקטים וניהול שוטף של המשימות של הצוות. הובלה וניהול הממשק מול האגפים השונים בחטיבה לניהול סיכונים ובחטיבת הביקורת וגורמי פיקוח ורגולציה.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

· הובלת מערך הליבה של ניהול הסיכונים מהפעילות הפיננסית בבנק.

· אחראיות על ניהול הציות והסיכונים התפעוליים בחטיבה.

· ניתוח תיקי הלקוחות והחשיפות הנגזרות מהפעילות הפיננסית, מעקב צמוד אחר מסגרות הלקוחות ומתן תמיכה לגורמים העיסקיים אחר פעילות הלקוחות.

· ניהול חשיפות פעילי שוק ההון, הלקוחות הגדולים והמתוחכמים בתחום.

· ניטור אחר מגבלות הדירקטוריון וראש החטיבה והחטיבה לניהול סיכונים, בפעילות המסחר בחדר העסקאות וביחידת הנוסטרו, ביצוע תרחישים וסימולציות לשוק משתנה בתקופות שגרה ובתקופות קיצון.

· חישוב ודיווח הרווחיות של חדר העסקאות, מסחר, תחומי הלקוחות ושל יחידת הנוסטרו.

· אחריות ליישום ונאותות עמידה בהוראות הרגולציה והציות בחטיבת שווקים פיננסים.

· אחריות לניהול ממשק אל מול הפיקוח בבנק ישראל, רואי חשבון המבקרים בנושאי ניהול סיכונים, ציות ונאותות הדיווחים של החטיבה.

· גיבוש והטמעת מתודולוגיות ניתוחי חשיפות מתקדמות ובקרות ניהול סיכונים, קביעת מקדמי חשיפה תוך שימוש במודלים שונים ומגוונים לניהול הסיכון.

· אחריות לממשק בין החטיבה הפיננסית לכלל קווי ההגנה בבנק. .

· בקרה ואיתור פעילות לא תקינה בזירות המסחר השונות, הן של עובדי החטיבה והן של לקוחות הבנק, תוך שימוש במערכות אנומליות מתקדמות.

· מתן ייעוץ וחוות דעת בוועדות האשראי בדיונים על פעילי שוק ההון.

· ייצוג בוועדה לניהול סיכונים ובוועדת הביקורת של הדירקטוריון, וועדת ננ"ה ובוועדות והפורומים השונים בחטיבה.

· אחריות על צוות המחשוב של חד"ע (קליפסו)

דרישות :

· ניסיון מוכח בתפקידים ניהוליים - יכולת הובלה, ניתוח מורכב וקבלת החלטות עצמאית

· ניסיון מוכח והבנה מעמיקה בעולמות הפיננסים, לרבות מוצרים סחירים, OTC ונגזרים, הכרות עם מודלים לניהול חשיפות וסיכונים בעולמות הפיננסים.

· ראייה מערכתית, כישורי הנהגה והובלה בסביבה דינמית ועתירת סיכונים ומורכבת מאוד ובמציאות אשר משתנה באופן תדיר.

· יכולת הובלת פרויקטים רוחביים, תהליכי שינוי, עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים בחטיבה ובבנק.

· היכרות עם מערכת קליפסו – יתרון.

· תואר ראשון רלוונטי (כלכלה/ מנהל עסקים/ חשבונאות) , תואר שני – יתרון.
