Job description

As our team continues to grow,
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Backend Sales Operations Associate

to support our sales team by handling critical backend processes, including data entry, system updates, and customer onboarding. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth operations that empower our sales team to focus on driving growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain customer, product, and sales data in our CRM/ERP systems.
  • Manage and oversee the customer onboarding process from initial setup through to completion.
  • Support the sales team with backend operational tasks to ensure timely and error-free execution.
  • Monitor and update records to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations to streamline workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve backend processes for greater efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales operations, data entry, or a related role preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (work is primarily conducted in English).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, )
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Open to working flexible hours, including occasional Fridays.
