מה כולל התפקיד?

  • אחריות מלאה על גיוס אנשי מקצוע טכנולוגיים במגוון תחומים מובילים.
  • פיתוח והובלה של שיתופי פעולה עם ארגונים, תוכניות וגורמים מגוונים במרחב.
  • איתור ומיפוי מועמדים בלינקדאין ובפלטפורמות נוספות (Headhunting ממוקד).
  • הובלת תהליכי שינוי פנים-ארגוניים: רתימת מנהלים, קביעת סדרי עבודה וליווי אישי של מועמדים.
  • ניהול תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה - מהגדרת הצורך ועד חתימת החוזה.

דרישות:

  • ניסיון מוכח בגיוס טכנולוגי - חובה.
  • ניסיון בגיוס למערכות ביטחוניות או ציבוריות-יתרון.
  • שליטה בלינקדאין ויכולות Head-Hunting מתקדמות.
  • יוזמה, עצמאות, כושר ארגון גבוה ויכולת להוביל תהליכים מורכבים.
  • היכרות עם אזור הדרום-יתרון.
