Yael Group is establishing its AI Center of Excellence (CoE), and we are looking for a visionary leader to build and drive it. This strategic role combines technology leadership, innovation, and business impact, creating the foundation for AI-driven offerings across the group. The position involves shaping the AI strategy, designing enterprise-scale architectures, and leading transformative projects with our clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the AI CoE: define strategy, frameworks, and methodologies for AI adoption.
  • Architect and design AI solutions across Cloud-native, Hybrid, and On-Prem environments.
  • Collaborate with division leaders, development, and business teams to build value propositions for clients.
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructures for AI/ML: Data pipelines, MLOps, DevOps.
  • Drive client engagements: from PoC and MVP to full-scale implementations.
  • Set AI & Data Science standards and best practices, including governance, security, and ethics.
  • Lead workshops, training, and knowledge sharing sessions internally and externally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on AI strategy, cloud architecture, and system integration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Cloud, Data, or AI Architect, with hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale Cloud and AI projects in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in building AI/ML systems: data ingestion, training, deployment, monitoring.
  • Solid experience in integrating AI with cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT landscapes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture: Cloud Management & Application Development.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Hands-on experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Observability.
  • Familiarity with Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Governance.
  • Advantage: Generative AI, LLMs, Data Lakehouse architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience establishing a Center of Excellence or expert community.
  • Recognized thought leadership: publications, conference speaking, or contributions to the global AI community.
  • Pre-sales or solution selling experience with enterprise clients.
