Commercial Manager

We are seeking a
Commercial Manager
to join our Cyber Defense Projects Division.

This role reports directly to the Division Head and carries full responsibility for the commercial and sales management of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with the division's strategic goals.
• Develop effective sales and commercial plans, including pricing strategies and customer proposals.
• Manage contracts, quotations, and bid preparation for customers in Israel and worldwide.
• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and produce actionable reports.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, finance, and marketing support teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years' proven experience in sales within defense project environments.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or commercial management.
• Hands-on experience in marketing support and bid/proposal preparation.
• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, report generation, trend identification, and process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan long-term and drive results.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
