
Global Sales Manager

At HighSecLabs (HSL), a global leader in cybersecurity and secure connectivity, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Sales Manager to take full ownership of our sales activities worldwide. This is a one-man show role – independent, hands-on, and highly impactful – reporting directly to senior management.
About the Role:
The Global Sales Manager will be responsible for defining sales targets, building and executing an effective sales strategy, and driving business growth across international markets. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end: identifying opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, closing deals, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Close collaboration with finance, marketing, and project teams is essential, while operating with high autonomy and accountability.
Requirements:- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven global sales experience in the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
- Minimum 3 years of direct responsibility for managing sales processes end-to-end.
- Strong background in preparing proposals and supporting marketing activities.
- Excellent analytical skills for data analysis, reporting, and business optimization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with customers and executives worldwide.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven – thrives as a "one-man show."
- Define, implement, and lead global sales strategy and targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations with customers worldwide.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, product, marketing) to ensure business success.
