לחטיבת פרויקטים ביטחוניים בתחום תקשורת מאובטחת דרוש/ה מנהל/ת מכירות. התפקיד כולל אחריות מלאה על ניהול המכירות בחטיבה, דיווח למנהל החטיבה ועבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
תחומי אחריות:
- גיבוש אסטרטגיית מכירות ותוכנית עבודה להשגת יעדי החטיבה.
- ניהול תהליך המכירה end-to-end: איתור הזדמנויות, הכנת הצעות מחיר וליווי הלקוח.
- מעקב ובקרה שוטפים על ביצועי המכירות, ניתוח נתונים והפקת דו"חות.
- פיתוח ושימור קשרים עם לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל, תוך מתן מענה לצרכים ייחודיים.
- עבודה בשיתוף פעולה צמוד עם מנהלי פרויקטים, כספים ושיווק.
דרישות:
- מהנדס/ת תעשייה וניהול – חובה.
- ניסיון של 5+ שנים במכירות בסביבת פרויקטים.
- ניסיון של 3+ שנים בניהול מכירות ותמיכה בשיווק.
- רקע מוכח בתעשייה/חברה ביטחונית – חובה.
- יכולת אנליטית גבוהה (ניתוח נתונים, זיהוי מגמות והסקת מסקנות).
- חשיבה אסטרטגית ויכולת להציב יעדים ארוכי טווח.
- כישורי תקשורת בינאישית מעולים ועצמאות גבוהה בקבלת החלטות.
