Quality Engineer
to join its Projects Division. This role involves supporting complex, multidisciplinary systems installed across diverse platforms worldwide — land, sea, air, and space.

The position includes:

  • Working on diverse, multidisciplinary projects and systems installed on various global platforms, including radar, communications, and robotics.
  • Providing reliability and quality engineering support for business projects throughout all stages: marketing, development, testing, acceptance, delivery, and post-delivery customer support.
  • Defining and implementing project quality and reliability requirements, environmental conditions, qualification processes, and risk management plans related to quality, reliability, and safety.
  • Preparing reports for delivery and presenting them to customers.
  • Performing statistical analyses to support calculations of reliability, maintainability, testability, design safety, and field reliability.
  • Collaborating with business, engineering, subcontractor, and customer teams.
  • Participating in internal and external design reviews, with occasional travel abroad.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics –

  • Experience in preparing test execution plans –

  • Strong analytical and technical skills –

  • Ability to quickly read and understand technical standards, contracts, and documentation in English –

  • Willingness to travel abroad as needed
  • Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills –
    required
