אנו מחפשים תומך/ת HD מקצועי/ת להצטרף לצוות התמיכה שלנו בהר חוצבים בירושלים. התפקיד כולל מתן תמיכה טכנית למשתמשים בארגון, טיפול בתקלות במערכות מחשוב, ציוד קצה ותוכנות, תוך שמירה על רמה גבוהה של שירות ומענה מקצועי. התומך/ת אחראי/ת לפתרון בעיות טכניות בזמן אמת ולהבטחת תקינות המערכות עבור משתמשי הארגון. מדובר במשרה מלאה במשמרות בימים א'-ה' ומשמרת שישי לסירוגין.

  • ניסיון קודם בתמיכה טכנית (HD) / קורס - ידע והיכרות עם מערכות הפעלה Windows ו-Office שליטה בתקלות חומרה, תוכנה ורשת. - שירותיות גבוהה ויכולת עבודה בצוות. - יכולת פתרון בעיות בצורה עצמאית ובזמן אמת.
