We're looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Search User Acquisition Specialist to own and scale Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Search campaigns for iGaming and Gaming apps.

This is a hands-on role focused on driving high-quality users at scale through advanced keyword strategy, bid optimization, and full-funnel performance analysis across paid search channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads & Microsoft Ads (Bing) search campaigns focused on user acquisition for iGaming/Gaming apps
  • Build and manage campaign structures across brand, generic, competitor, and discovery keywords
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research, search term mining, and negative keyword management
  • Own bidding strategy, budget pacing, and performance optimization to hit CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV goals

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Microsoft (Bing) Search for iGaming / Gaming / Mobile Apps
  • Strong understanding of search advertising best practices: keyword structure, match types, Quality Score, bidding strategies, and negative keywords
