We are seeking a proven, high-performing Account Executive to join our global Go-to-Market team, focusing on the EMEA region. You will have the opportunity to join a powerful global sales organization and use your expertise and energy to make a massive impact on our continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth in the EMEA region by owning the full sales cycle for mid-to-large enterprise deals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pipeline Generation: Follow up on inbound leads, meetings booked, and execute targeted outbound campaigns to potential prospects, consistently creating and nurturing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct detailed discovery calls to identify prospects' key challenges, needs, and pain points, acting as a trusted advisor to position Incredibuild as the definitive solution.
  • Value Articulation: Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of the Incredibuild platform, creating enthusiasm and excitement while collaboratively analyzing the prospect's potential Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Deal Management & Closure: Build and meticulously manage a pipeline of enterprise clients, consistently closing mid and large deals to crush your quota.

Strategic Growth: Assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives that focus on boosting the company's growth and market penetration across EMEA

Requirements

What You'll Need: Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas.
  • Strong hunting and account management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working in a fast-growing B2B setting.
  • Proficiency with and other sales software.

Key Advantages:

  • Background in sales targeting Developers / DevOps audiences.
  • Experience in Enterprise Consultative Sales, especially selling to industries like Gaming, Financial Services, or Embedded Software.
  • Fluency in key European languages, such as German or French.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A self-motivator with strong research skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent listening and follow-up capabilities.
  • Demonstrated traits of responsiveness, accountability, positivity, and a strong hunger for success.
