About the Role
Playroll is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our highly successful Sales team and continue to build upon our exponential growth in EMEA and the US Market. You will report to the Head of Sales and this is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in Israel, a fast emerging region of interest. As the founding Salesperson, you will develop and execute strategies to penetrate the market, driving sales and building lasting relationships with key clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to Playroll's growth and success.

You Will:
- Drive Playroll's expansion within the Israeli segment with a view to building out and ultimately leading the Sales organization in this territory
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
- Build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with senior leadership + C-Level decision makers
- Account manage (in tandem with Customer Success) high potential customers within the first 12 months lifecycle to achieve revenue forecast and work closely with Operations to fulfill initial customer deliverables.
- Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with sales development reps and managing inbound and partnership prospects
- Keep CRM up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
- Share insights on wins, losses and challenges so as to level up those around you and the business as a whole
Skills & Experience
You have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales (as an IC)
- Proven track record, demonstrating ability to win business with:
- Company sizes of employees
- Experience of ACV $10-50k
- 1-3 month sales cycles
- EMEA experience a must, US preferred, APAC an advantage
- Robust process for prospecting + building pipeline
- MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology essential
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across business up to C Suite level
- Early stage scale up experience essential
- Experience selling to Israeli prospects essential
Preferred Skills:
- Experience of being a first/founding salesperson is preferred (for a new market/product)
- 1st line management experience
- SAAS experience and/or complex service-based sales would be beneficial.
- Experience selling into HR + Finance personas at high growth software companies would be beneficial
