We're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help lead that charge across international markets. In this role, you'll drive new-logo growth for SysAid's AI-powered ITSM platform, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, a global mindset, and the collaborative spirit to win together.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close net-new enterprise accounts.
  • Sell into international markets.
  • Drive pipeline growth.
  • Conduct technical demos per week with IT and business stakeholders
  • Build and execute tailored sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, SEs, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activity logs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing.
  • Work Monday–Friday (aligned to international time zones as needed)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, selling to IT stakeholders is an advantage.
  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Background in technical sales (Sales Engineering, Customer Support, or Success).
  • Experience in international (ROW) sales.
  • Strong communicator and presenter; comfortable with multi-stakeholder, complex deals.
  • Naturally collaborative- you thrive in a team-selling environment.
  • Builder mindset- resourceful, strategic, and proactive in shaping how we go to market.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, Highspot, ZoomInfo.
