We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development of innovative solutions that deliver real value to our customers. The ideal candidate brings proven B2B and B2B2C experience managing integrated IoT solutions that combine cloud platforms, mobile apps, hardware and firmware.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that advance our company's vision and strategic goals. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing big-picture product strategy with meticulous attention to implementation details.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product strategy development, translating market opportunities and customer needs into prioritized roadmaps based on business impact, customer value, and available resources.
  • Gather requirements from customers, sales, customer success, operations and support, and translate them into detailed product specifications and PRDs.
  • Own product features that span IoT connected devices, cloud-based software, firmware, and mobile applications, ensuring they deliver a cohesive user experience.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX experts to design intuitive user experiences that meet customer needs and product requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Monitor and analyze product KPIs and customer feedback to measure performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous product improvement through experimentation and testing.
  • Serve as the product evangelist across the organization, disseminating product knowledge through training and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in product management roles with proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Experience with IoT connected devices, firmware, cloud software, and mobile applications.
  • B2B and B2B2C product experience preferred.
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Solid technical background with understanding of software development, web and mobile technologies, APIs, communications, and security.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and make informed technical trade-offs.

Product & Communication Skills

  • Strong product intuition with demonstrated ability to identify customer pain points, translate them into solutions and prioritize.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
