Role Description

Full-Time Hybrid Position (almost remote): PPC Google Search Campaign Manager

We're looking for a smart, strategic Google Search Campaign Manager to join our team. 

The core mission of this role is to make clients successful and drive adoption by clearly explaining how the tool's data improves their ad campaigns, ensuring they receive actionable information, and high-impact advice.

You'll operate the platform and monitor client's performance every day, analyze what our algorithms are doing, and help the team to improve it by giving valuable data insights from the client's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Monitoring & Tool Operations

  2. Operate and configure the proprietary optimization tool across assigned client accounts.

  3. Monitor and validate campaign data (Google, Bing, etc.).

  4. Diagnose performance issues using deep paid search expertise and ensure data integrity to meet client SLAs.

  5. Strategic Client Communication (Primary Focus)

  6. Lead all client communication as the main strategic point of contact post-onboarding.

  7. Translate complex data (metrics, bidding logic) into clear, actionable strategies during performance reviews.

  8. Proactively advise clients on how to best use the tool to meet and exceed their marketing goals.

  9. Internal Collaboration & Tool Development

  10. Serve as the "Voice of the Client" by collecting structured feedback and feature requests.

  11. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to test new features and drive continuous improvement of the tool's performance.

Qualifications

  • English Fluency Is Mandatory. Solid verbal and written communication is critical for providing strategic consultation to our international client base.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Search (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising) is mandatory.
  • Proven understanding of advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and performance-based marketing KPIs.
  • A consultative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for client success.
