Channel Account Manager

As Channel Manager, you'll expand SysAid's market presence by building and maintaining partnerships throughout the UK. You will jointly plan strategy, own partner enablement and quotas, and report directly to the EMEA partnerships lead.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UK channel partner strategies
- Own partner onboarding and training across the UK
- Build pipeline and forecast with partners
- Negotiate contracts, track partner KPIs, and run quarterly business reviews
- Foster alignment with local and global teams
Requirements
- 3–5+ years' SaaS channel, alliances, or sales experience (ITSM background preferred)
- Track record of managing a channel pipeline and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing UK/EMEA channel sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
