About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Director to lead customer engagement, to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner and drive business growth. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will build and strengthen long-term partnerships, Including with C-level executives, oversee the sales process, and identify new business opportunities within your territory. Collaborating with pre-sales, delivery, and product management teams, you will ensure customer needs are met with tailored solutions.

This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and account management within the Financial Services sector, specifically working with banks.

Location: Israel.

Travel: Frequent travel to Europe.

Reporting to: SVP, Head of commercial EMEA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and fulfilling needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as a trusted adviser to achieve sustainable partnerships with exsisting accounts.
  • Initiates upsell and cross sale while ,managing the entire sales process, including lead qualification, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Obtain customer references and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information for management.
  • Actively identify and close new business opportunities within the designated territory to create new long-term customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution consultants, delivery, product management) to understand customer business and IT needs and deliver appropriate solutions, also report to the solution team the customer needs in order to enhance the product.
  • Ensure all internal reporting systems and tools are updated with accurate information.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competition, and business climate within the territory.
  • Represent the company at professional conferences and events, establishing networks and partnerships.
  • Implement new sales initiatives and strategies to capture leads and expand market share.
Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience as an Account Manager, specifically working with banks.
  • Proven sales background in selling software and SaaS solutions within the Financial Services sector.
  • Experience in selling back & front-end enterprise software solutions for on-premise and cloud deployments
  • Experience selling financial solutions to financial institute
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles (6-18 months).
  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and results-driven approach.
