We're Looking for a Junior Project Manager

We're seeking a sharp, motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. No prior ERP experience required — we'll train you from the ground up. If you're organized, curious, and great with people, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Support end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with focus on financial modules
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Learn NetSuite (ERP system) and other financial systems to develop real consulting skills
  • Analyze business processes and adapt technological solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Assist in system configuration and testing phases

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fast learner with attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • High-level English proficiency
    (speaking, reading, and writing) - mandatory
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial background or experience
  • understanding of accounting, finance, or business processes
  • Previous implementation experience
  • any involvement in software/system implementations
