A leading and well-established organization is seeking a
VP of Human Resources
to join its senior management team.

This role includes full responsibility for the HR domain: developing and implementing innovative HR policies, managing diverse teams, and creating an outstanding employee experience. It combines close collaboration with executive management and labor unions, requiring a strong business orientation, analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in strategic decision-making and cross-organizational processes as part of the senior management team.
• Leading a large recruitment unit managing hundreds of annual hires and internal transfers.
• Driving organizational development and learning initiatives, including training programs, managerial development, performance reviews, and employee surveys.
• Overseeing compensation and benefits, including managing a payroll unit with an internal team and designing competitive reward policies.
• Managing HRBP teams that support business units on an ongoing professional basis.
• Responsibility for employee experience, welfare, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility, including collaboration with labor unions.
• Leading the HR headquarters in analytics, policy design, and organization-wide processes.
• Building and managing complex labor relations with unions: mediation, collective bargaining, and implementation of management decisions.
• Identifying organizational trends such as attrition, creating retention programs, and developing innovative HR solutions.
• Leading change management and innovation, including integrating advanced technologies such as AI in HR processes.
• Providing personal guidance to senior executives, HR advisory, and supporting management agendas.

Requirements:

• Proven senior HR management experience in complex, multi-interface organizations.
• Broad expertise in HR domains: recruitment, organizational development, training, compensation, HRBP, and employee welfare.
• Significant experience working with labor unions, including negotiation and mediation.
• Strategic thinking combined with broad business perspective and the ability to quickly learn new sectors.
• Strong analytical skills: data analysis, trend identification, and management reporting.
• Proven track record in leading change and innovation in large organizations.
• Ability to navigate within complex, dynamic environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with senior executives and the ability to bridge diverse agendas while driving cross-organizational processes.
