We are seeking for a global multidisciplinary product company a dynamic and experienced Global VP Sales to lead our global sales strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a competitive landscape. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire a diverse sales team, build strong client relationships, and develop innovative sales strategies to enhance our market presence worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all regions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a global capacity, B2B and public sector customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a multinational organization, both product and service companies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet business needs.
