We're looking for a
VP of HR
to lead our HR globally as we scale. With 75+ team members across several countries and growing to 100+, you'll play a key role in building the HR foundations that support our people, culture, and expansion. This is a strategic role focused on infrastructure, systems, and performance. If you're passionate about building and owning HR in a high-growth, global environment, this is the place for you.

What Will You Do?

  • Own and scale all core HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems.
  • Partner with the leadership team to shape people policies, organizational structure, and programs that support company strategy and culture.
  • Lead the development and rollout of performance, feedback, and development frameworks across the company.
  • Design scalable HR processes that support our growth while keeping things lean, smart, and people-first.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics to support executive decision-making.
  • Support a healthy, inclusive culture and serve as a go-to advisor for leadership and employees on all people matters.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling HR operations and policies from the ground up.
  • Strong business and strategic mindset-you understand how people strategy connects to company goals.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Bonus: Experience working with remote or global teams.
