About the Role

As Product Manager – Oncology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our oncology portfolio. Working closely with the Business Unit Head and cross-functional teams - including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales - you will ensure successful product launches, impactful campaigns, and strong engagement with healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans for oncology brands
  • Drive innovative digital marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and engagement
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company SOPs

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharma commercial roles; oncology experience highly regarded
  • Proven success in multi-brand marketing and product launches
  • Strong strategic insight, digital marketing expertise, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High ethical standards and resilience in a fast-paced environment
