Job DescriptionWe're looking for a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you'll process customer orders and inquiries using world-class technology.
You'll communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service to our customers. You must be fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
