Quality Assurance Leader

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in quality assurance and be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve high product reliability. Key responsibilities include owning and driving closure of all quality aspects related to manufacturing and customer-facing issues, as well as leading quality programs across the product lifecycle. This includes detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions for field failures, customer complaints, yield issues, and in-line test escapes. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and track quality-related action items to ensure timely execution and cross-functional accountability.

Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, chemical, or material science; other technical degrees will be considered.
  • 8+ years preferred in leadership and manufacturing.
  • Strong program management background with hands-on experience in product quality, manufacturing, or reliability engineering.
  • Experience in hardware design, manufacturing, and sustaining quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability, processes oriented.
