Job Title

A highly skilled Quality Engineer is needed to lead and manage the quality function, ensuring the highest levels of quality are achieved across the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes and methods.

  • Responsible for customer quality issues and work with teams to resolve them.

  • Maintain adherence to quality control plans and processes.

  • Enhance product design development, verification, and validation processes.

  • Drive quality process improvements to reduce customer complaints and internal scrap.

  • Manage document control and quality record systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy or Material Science, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of leadership and manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent customer relation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Knowledgeable in root cause analysis and corrective action.

  • Ability to take part in continuous education and training.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of semiconductor process and design.

  • Experience in optical device manufacturing and design.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.

  • Ability to provide servant leadership.
