In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various design and program teams to develop sophisticated IC substrates for our cutting-edge products. You'll work closely with SI, layout and ASIC design teams to create complex, top-of-the-line ASIC packages.

Your key responsibilities will include planning schedules, resolving costs, packaging, manufacturing and electrical design issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in complex ASIC package development and manufacturing

• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors

• Vision and focus for projects and teams

• Creative problem-solving skills and organizational abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
