We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the development of our software ecosystem.

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing a team of 20-30 engineers focused on DevOps, integration, build systems, and horizontal tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and growth in their previous roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for integrating advanced AI capabilities into our development workflows and tools.
  • Owning and evolving our CI/CD systems to foster seamless collaboration across diverse projects and accelerate release cycles.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement across our software development processes to enhance quality, reduce manual efforts, and boost overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the health, growth, and integrity of our development environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading large teams.
  • At least 12+ overall years of experience in DevOps, Integration, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in integration, DevOps methodologies, and tooling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
