Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective release strategies to ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to coordinate release planning and execution
  • Oversee the entire release process, from planning to delivery, and ensure seamless integration with other teams
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Release Manager or Software Project Lead, with 3+ years of overall experience
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Atlassian Confluence, enterprise ticket systems (e.g., Redmine, Jira, TFS)
  • Strong technical knowledge of software development methodologies and practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology and practices
  • Knowledge of Linux OS technologies and GitHub
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., MS PowerBI)
