As a specialist in electro-mechanical solutions, you will play a key role in providing innovative products that meet the design needs of our organization. You will be responsible for understanding the manufacturer landscape, assessing component parameters, and offering the most suitable solutions to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.

  • Research and evaluate various manufacturers and suppliers of unique electrical and optical components.

  • Analyze and assess component parameters, including optical characteristics, data rates, power budgets, and physical form factors.

  • Recommend and select the most appropriate interconnect solutions based on performance, cost, and reliability.

  • Provide technical support to the team during the development and testing phases.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automated jigs technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Optical Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience with electrical and optical components, including lasers, connectors, high-speed cables, fibers, transceivers, and related technologies.

  • Experience in evaluating component parameters such as insertion loss, return loss, dispersion, and bandwidth.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to optical interconnects (e.g., Ethernet, InfiniBand, Fiber Channel).

  • Knowledge in product management system (PLM) as Agile / PDP.
