Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with managers.
• Support the delivery of HR Processes in units including onboarding, employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training, and special projects.
• Design, implement, and manage compensation initiatives to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
• Process and maintain organization and associate updates.
• Answer general HR questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify gaps and propose necessary changes to cover risks.
• Facilitate management teams to bring best solutions for employees.
• Act as performance improvement driver and provide positive changes in people management.
• Design succession plans for key talents and positions.
• Support cross-COE HR tasks/projects as defined.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, including OD processes in global organizations.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to work remotely with global sites.
• Relevant degree advantageous.
• Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
