Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with our local & global groups and identify effective solutions to problems. A successful candidate will be able to partner and interact effectively with all levels, deliver value-added services that reflect business objectives, and possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and agility in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds strong business relationships with managers.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in units including onboarding, employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development, and special projects.
  • Participates in design, implementation, and management of compensation initiatives to ensure practices are linked to overall strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent.
  • Maintains organization and associate updates to ensure reporting structures/job titles are correct and current.
  • Answers general HR questions and resolves issues promptly.
  • Actively identifies gaps and proposes necessary changes to cover risks.
  • Facilitates management team to bring best solutions for employees.
  • Acts as performance improvement driver and provides positive changes in people management.
  • Designs succession plans for key talents and job positions.
  • Support other cross-COE HR tasks/projects as defined.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, including OD processes in global hi-tech organizations.
  • Fluent English –MUST.
  • Ability to work remotely with global sites.
  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Team Player.
  • Communication & negotiation Skills.
  • Project Management and Change Management Skills.
  • Strong Business Insight.
  • Results orientation and time management skills.
