Product Growth Designer

Our platform is a critical component in driving business success for leading brands. We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join our Measurement group and contribute to shaping the future of our B2B platform.

In this role, you'll work as part of a cross-functional squad alongside product managers, engineers, analysts, and other designers. You'll take full ownership of the design process – from uncovering user needs and surfacing hidden opportunities to ideating, prototyping, and designing intuitive, visually polished solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
• Designing user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment
• Translating complex workflows into accessible product experiences
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience designing digital products end-to-end, a background in B2B or complex systems, and a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution.

Bonus points if you have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design)
• Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies
