The role involves performing financial modeling, analyzing economic research, trends, and studies to identify areas for improvement. You will prepare reports of findings and recommendations, compile and consolidate financial plans, and provide insights to management.

A key responsibility is managing people, including mentoring, developing, and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives. You will also provide leadership to staff, ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives.

• Perform ongoing operational tasks and supervise team members or subordinate supervisors, providing tactical and technical leadership.
• Makes improvements to processes, systems, or products, and problems faced may require understanding of broader set of issues, including multiple job areas or specialties.
• Communicates with internal and external customers and vendors, across various levels of the organization, sharing and exchanging relevant information to reach solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include advanced knowledge of job area obtained through education combined with experience. A Baccalaureate degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, is required. The ideal candidate will have basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
