We are seeking a skilled RF System Engineer to join our team in designing, implementing and integrating advanced cellular communication systems for next-generation base-station products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RF design and integration, system flows and calibrations, as well as hands-on experience with relevant test equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The candidate should also be able to thrive in a global multi-site environment and work effectively in collaboration with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced cellular communication systems for next-generation base-station products
  • Lead RF system features and integrate RF cards
  • Define and write system-level RF requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Algo, HW, SW, DSP and QA teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in RF design and integration, system flows and calibrations
  • Strong understanding of RF lineups considerations and RF impairments
  • Familiarity with one or more cellular standards (2G/3G/4G/LTE/5G-NR)
  • Knowledge in FPGA and VHDL
  • Familiarity with dpd
