Job Title: Operations Team Leader

We are a fast-scaling comparison & affiliates company seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute our paid media strategy across multiple activities, markets, and platforms.

This role blends deep PPC expertise with technical proficiency and operational discipline. You will be responsible for operationalizing campaigns, driving results across P&Ls, and ensuring precision in both the high-level strategy and the granular details that make campaigns succeed.

The ideal candidate will oversee and execute high-scale, multi-brand paid campaigns strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms. They will partner with Media Buyers, Product, and R&D teams to align goals, build infrastructure, and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize campaigns and drive results across P&Ls.
  • Ensure precision in high-level strategy and granular details.
  • Oversee and execute high-scale, multi-brand paid campaigns strategies.
  • Partner with Media Buyers, Product, and R&D teams.
  • Manage campaign infrastructure end-to-end.
  • Run A/B tests and performance experiments.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of PPC experience, with hands-on management of large-scale campaigns.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing at least 2 team members.
  • English Proficiency communication skills.
  • Mastery of platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads.
  • Fluent with tools like Voluum, Google Analytics, Google Studio, and Looker.
