Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our product and maintain market leadership.


  • Developing Strategic Product Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft a product roadmap, integrating market analysis and customer insights to align with business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Product Definition: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, driving their translation into actionable product features. Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories.
  • Guidance and Collaboration with R&D: Ensure seamless collaboration with R&D teams to convey customer needs and guide feature development. Assist in creating a development plan, focusing on alignment of technical capabilities with market demands.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Effectively communicate product strategy to internal and external stakeholders. Represent the product in various engagements to promote visibility and alignment.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the cybersecurity sector.
  • A solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, trends, and challenges.
  • A deep knowledge of cloud technologies, trends, and challenges.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams and an ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and customer insights with a hands-on approach to data and analytics to inform product decisions and guide strategic choices.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Proven experience leading and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving consensus and influencing outcomes.
