
Customer Service Training Lead

Are you passionate about training and developing people to grow their skills? We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Trainer to help us deliver legendary customer service across North America.
This role involves conducting engaging development training sessions, mentoring employees, and assessing department training needs to improve processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
- Mentor employees to improve their performance and skills.
- Identify and address department training needs to improve processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the corporate training team to develop learning solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
