This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our fast-paced team. You'll work with advanced internal tools to review architectural floor plans, identify critical components, and transform visual data into structured formats. Your work will directly fuel our AI models and power real-time insights for global enterprise customers.

This role combines data annotation with strategic thinking - ideal for someone looking to grow into a high-impact data career in a cutting-edge tech company.

Data Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Document workflows and manage tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Annotate and label architectural datasets according to specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, data scientists, and engineers to align on guidelines.
  • Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and completeness of files and annotations.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies and contribute to process improvements.
  • Conduct quality control and peer reviews of annotated data.

Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow complex, evolving instructions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfort with annotation tools and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with data annotation (image, video, text, or 3D).
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or facility operations.
  • Experience using task or project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Trello).
  • Understanding of quality assurance or data validation processes.
