About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Complaint & Sales/Marketing Administrator to manage customer complaints, support sales efforts, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate sales orders with finance and logistics teams for efficient order processing and delivery.
  2. Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns to boost business performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content, to promote our medical devices.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to align sales and marketing efforts.

Customer Complaint Management:

  1. Handle customer service calls, respond to user inquiries, and manage tickets in our service management system.
  2. Work closely with Operations, R&D, QA, and RA teams to resolve customer complaints.
  3. Ensure complaint handling adheres to company policies and regulatory standards.
  4. Maintain professional communication with customers during issue resolution.
  5. Keep accurate complaint records and provide regular reports to management.
  6. Analyze complaint data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer support, or QA within the medical devices industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in complaint management systems and CRM/marketing tools.
  • Understanding of medical device regulatory standards, such as FDA and ISO.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Priority, is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
