About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Complaint & Sales/Marketing Administrator to manage customer complaints, support sales efforts, and contribute to marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales orders with finance and logistics teams for efficient order processing and delivery.
- Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns to boost business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure CRM data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures and social media content, to promote our medical devices.
- Collaborate with various departments to align sales and marketing efforts.
Customer Complaint Management:
- Handle customer service calls, respond to user inquiries, and manage tickets in our service management system.
- Work closely with Operations, R&D, QA, and RA teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure complaint handling adheres to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain professional communication with customers during issue resolution.
- Keep accurate complaint records and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze complaint data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
- Previous experience in marketing, customer support, or QA within the medical devices industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in complaint management systems and CRM/marketing tools.
- Understanding of medical device regulatory standards, such as FDA and ISO.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Priority, is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
