Production Engineering

To excel in production engineering, you will plan and optimize production processes to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The role involves leading the transition from development to manufacturing (NPI), defining process flows, developing production workstations, and implementing tooling.

You will provide hands-on technical support to production lines, troubleshoot process and equipment issues, drive yield improvement, and monitor key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering for high-complexity electronics.

Preferred skills include hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, functional test systems, and final assembly processes.

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate across departments, lead engineering changes, and implement them in the production environment.

They will also participate in EOL planning, build-out execution, and risk mitigation for legacy products.
